Belgium terms for use of our services
These terms govern your legal use of the website and mobile app made available in Belgium. By accessing or completing registration, you agree to the rules that apply to every account and bet placed locally. JB Casino operates subject to Belgian law and oversight by the Belgian Gaming Commission. Policies apply to all services offered to users located in Belgium.
General terms for account use and legal rights
By creating an account and using the services, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and any product rules that apply to betting and bonuses. You must be physically located in Belgium when you place a bet or use real-money games, and you agree to geolocation checks.
Eligibility and registration
- Age: 21+ for casino games and live casino. 18+ for sports betting events where betting is allowed by law.
- Identity: You must complete registration in your own name, provide accurate details, and keep them up to date.
- One account: Only one account per natural person. Duplicate accounts may be closed and bets voided.
- Exclusions: If you are recorded on the national EPIS register, you may not access restricted games. Where EPIS applies, access is blocked.
Changes to the terms
- We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Material changes will be published on the site. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the revised terms.
Proper platform use
- You agree not to misuse the services, including no automated scraping, no collusion, no chargeback abuse, no manipulation of odds or markets, and no unlawful activity.
- We may suspend or close an account to protect integrity, investigate compliance, or follow a legal request.
Content and intellectual property
- All software, data, odds, and event information are protected. You receive a limited licence to use the services for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, redistribute, or exploit protected content.
Liability limitations
- We provide betting and games on an as-available basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- To the extent permitted by Belgian law, we are not liable for losses arising from internet failures, outages, event postponements, or obvious data errors. Nothing limits rights that cannot be limited under law.
Governing law and disputes
- Belgian law applies. The competent courts in Belgium have jurisdiction over legal disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
General betting rules for bets, odds and events
These general rules apply to every bet unless specific market rules state otherwise. By placing a bet, you accept the market description, the odds offered, and the settlement method shown at the time of acceptance.
Eligibility and location
- Only verified customers who meet the legal age for the relevant product may place bets.
- You must be in Belgium at the moment of bet placement. Location checks apply.
Bet acceptance
- A bet is accepted when it appears in your bet history with a unique reference.
- We may refuse or limit a bet, set maximum payout per event or market, or close markets without notice.
- Obvious error: If a palpable error occurs in odds, market, or event details, the affected bet may be settled at the correct odds or voided.
Minimum and maximum stakes
- Minimum and maximum bet amounts are shown on the betslip and may vary per market, event, or customer status.
- We may set per-bet, per-market, per-event, or per-customer limits.
Odds, results and settlement
- Odds are subject to change until acceptance. Your bet is settled by reference to official sources or governing bodies of the event.
- Dead heat: If there is a tie where more winners than expected occur, settlement follows the dead-heat rule by dividing the stake or payout proportionally.
- Postponements and abandonments are handled according to market rules displayed for the event. Where no specific rule exists, bets may stand if the event is completed within a reasonable period defined by house rules or are voided.
- In-play betting may include a delay for bet placement and acceptance to manage trading risk.
Restrictions and responsible conduct
- We may restrict markets for integrity reasons, including suspicious betting patterns or regulatory directions.
- Cash out, if available, is not guaranteed and may be suspended for an event or market at any time.
Cancellations and voids
- Bets placed after the known outcome or after an incorrect start time may be void.
- If a market is settled in error, we may correct the result and adjust your account balance.
- Where a system or transmission failure affects bet acceptance, the bet may be void. Your account history is the final record of accepted bets.
Payment rules for deposits, withdrawals and bonuses
These rules explain how you fund your account, withdraw funds, and how any bonus balance is handled under Belgian law.

- We must verify your identity, age, and address using reliable documents or electronic identification. Additional checks can include EPIS lookups, sanctions screening, and politically exposed person status.
- We may ask for source-of-funds or source-of-wealth evidence when activity or limits trigger enhanced due diligence.
Monitoring and reporting
- Transactions and betting patterns are monitored using risk-based systems to detect unusual or suspicious activity.
- Where legally required, we report suspicious activity to the Belgian Financial Intelligence Processing Unit CTIF-CFI and may freeze funds.
Consequences of non-compliance
